Fish photos & tESTIMONIALS

‘I hunt fish exclusively whilst freediving with pole spears in New Zealand.  After trying all sorts of spears and reading some recommendations, I found Aaron Crist’s website.  I ordered an 8 ft spear with an 18 inch threaded tip section (which I attach a slip tip to), and a 12 inch single flopper tip.  I am very satisfied with the product - it is well built, and sturdy.  Fitted with the slip tip, this spear is ideal for larger fish - in a short time I had taken yellowtail of 45 pounds and snapper up to 20 pounds.  The spear hits with so much power that I am confident there is no real limit to the size of fish it can take.  For reef fish and competition diving, I switch the tip for a 12 inch single flopper setup and the result is a more versatile spear suitable for taking smaller fish as well as the odd yellowtail that swims past.’
